UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

My husband is a client and has recently forwarded a claim. We put up our vehicle as security against a loan, and after making full payment, the person refuses to return the vehicle.

They drew up a Letter of Demand, which he had to reply within 10 days or legal action would be taken. The 10 days expired on the 4th July 2022 and nothing is being done by Legalwise.

They do not give us feedback. We have to constantly call them, and when we do the keep referring us to different consultants. They keeping changing people handling the case and the new consultant will say let me check the file and get back to you, but nobody ever does.

Legalwise is absolutely unprofessional. They have no idea what they are doing and I feel they are a total waste of money. Emails are not responded to and calls are never returned. There is a total lack of feedback or follow up. Scorpion is cheaper and I think they offer better services.
