Unprofessional, ***********, mediocre service!

The lady who was assigned to my request, Johanna Senosha - Pretoria Branch, is the most *********** and unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. I requested for some assistance with regards to an offer to purchase on 12 June 2020. Sent her a document WITH COMMENTS!!!! I took my time and wrote comments on the document to make it easier for her to manage the questions I had. The document is due to the buyer on 22 June 2020. She has been sitting with the document for a FULL WEEK, and when I made a follow-up, the response was a 2 paragraph nonsensical response which stated: AS IT IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE!!!!!

This is unacceptable when I sent a DETAILED Request, and having her HOG the document for THAT long only to give me paragraphs which make NO SENSE at all.

It’s ridiculous service & I will be terminating my contract with Legalwise. There is NOTHING legal or wise about this ***********, no good shop. I can’t even say it’s a company, coz the way that lady conducted herself, it’s like Legalwise is a corner operated ****a shop.
