Unprofessional Customer Service
As a member I simply inquired if they assist with vehicle sales agreements and the reply was yes. I was given instructions on what information and documents to send to *** which I did on the same day 29/05/2020 yet we are heading to the end of the third week and I still don’t have my sale agreement. Please advise on legal firms who take all their client inquiries as a priority. They claim by sms that my complaint has been attended to yet I don’t see anything in my inbox. I am expecting a sale agreement not an sms telling me to contact them, I expect them to call not the other way round as their sms suggests.mxm
