Unprofessional conduct and pathetic service from Bellville Claims Branch.
Ever since my case was refered, I received pathetic and poor service from their Cape Town Branch as well as the Bellville Branch. Not only could Nuraan Jooste give proper service, but her senior, whom I've Lodge complain with, is also just as pathetic. Promises are made and they are not accountable for their action. At present, when I phone, they don't even bother to return my call? Being a long standing member, this experience ensure that Legal Wise went from HERO to ZERO, due to these two people who could not uphold the values and principles of Legal Wise.

With reference to this claim, lodged 2 years ago, LEGALWISE proofed that they are still the most pathetic, service provider. Up to now they have not follow up or resolve my case lodged with them, and loyal as I am, I'm paying my monthly installments every month.
EVENTHOUGH THEY HAVE PROMISED TO RESOLVE THIS CASE.
