Unprofessional.

I signed up with Legalwise to my greatest regret as I ended up doing Bennie, Thumelo and Susan's work for them, you lay a complaint and the supervisor of the Benoni/Kempton branches tell you that he has to listen to you whether he thinks your complaint is valid or not, then I got a call from Connie stating I should email her and she will investigate, I did so and had absolutely no feedback from her, when sending the last email I was advised that it's been handed over to the cancelation department. They do not call you but send a sms to state its been canceled. I had been paying for a service that was not rendered but did the work myself that they were supposed to do for me. This level of incompetence is shocking to say the least. You always get an excuse of I am too busy or I am at reception, the best one is we made arrangements for once a month therefore I don't have to speak to you. My question to them that no one seems to answer is who can I now bill for all the work I did that legalwise should have done that they did not do but I had to do.
