Unprofessional and worst service ever
I'm absolutely appalled by they way legal wise has treated my case. This is the second if not the third case I've lodged with legalwise and this is the second complaint th a I've done. I've had to waste my time and energy requesting assistance and each time I was informed that the legal advisor was busy and I had to make an appointment. I've sent numerous emails requesting assistance regarding my matter and no one attended to it. I requested a letter to be drafted for demand for payment on the third party claim to the insurance company the advisor promised to draft it by end of business but I didn't receive anything, I again waited the following day, still nothing. Then had to waste my petrol to go there again for assistance... firstly when I go there the receptionist is rude... I've always been assisted by Ashley, she's the only professional one there but the other lady (I don't even know her name)she is rude and unprofessional. I even escalated this matter to the senior legal advisor, thought she could help, she said she would send the letter before COB... Yes I recieved an email but with no attachment. I sent an e-mail expressing how unprofessional this case has been dealt with and that they should not bother as I will be taking the case on myself as it seems they don't know what they doing and I have completely lost faith in them. They again sent an e-mail with the attached correspondence in which the letter itself was far from what I wanted done. I'm done with legalwise I cannot proceed paying for such unsatisfactory service.
