Unprofessional and unhelpful!!!!!!
I have logged a claim with Legalwise on 31st August 2020 regarding rental deposit due to us, to-date I have received no correspondence from the Counselor who is handling my case. He is so unprofessional that he does not even respond to my emails, nor does he return my calls. I am seriously considering cancelling my membership with Legalwise as I am very unhappy with the service rendered by them.
