Unpaid balance

I have been a member of legalwise since 2009, I reported a civil case during 2022 and was appointed an attorney by legalwise ( Lofty-Eaton) . During 2023 May the attorney informed me that they didn't get full payment from legalwise. In October the 2023 legalwise confirmed that they have fully paid the attorney. According to the attorney there was an outstanding amount of 2700. When i try to call the claims department I'm always been told that the person who was handling my claim we call me back, we are now on 2024 as I speak the attorney took me to court for that outstanding amount and Iam now been garnish because of legalwise the amount is no longer R2461 its now R7000 including interests from 2023 and court fees. During October after legalwise informed me that they have been the attorney fully I was informed that I Still have R4000 that I can still be covered for.
