Unhappy Legalwise client

I have been a Legalwise client for many years without claiming any service. This year I went to them requesting a legal assistance about the money owed to me by an old family friend, the last email I received from them was 6 months ago requesting me to complete some information then nothing from thereon but I am still paying the premium monthly. Their phone is forever out of order so they are not reachable.
