Unhappy customer
I've been with LegalWise for over ten years, and I've had about five issues where I asked for support, but with no help from LegalWise, I had to ask for help from other service providers. I never missed a subscription payment. When I request progress, I am told to send an email to *** or ***, but I never receive a response. We'd be with and support Legal wise so long as it treats its customers fairly and keeps getting better.
