Unhappy Client

I've since ask LegalWise May 2021 to get involve because of a college institution that I have been struggling to get a refund from since May 2021. I must say the person that has been allocated my query has been updating me but the college is also not coming back to him. Three/Four months down the line the college has still not given us the date when I will be refunded. I am really gonna cancel my membership with LegalWise and continue doing a follow up myself. This is the waist of money in this difficult economy.
