Unfair treatment

I lodged a claim with legal wise in terms of labour matters resulted that the claim was rejected, Legal wise thought that I don't have a reasonable prospects of success and confirmed that the matter will therefore be precluded from cover as the matter does not enjoy reasonable prospects of success.

I joined legal wise from 1996 but failed to assist me in 2015, I referred the matter to the Labour Court at my own costs and we managed to settled the dispute outside the Labour court. The Company agrees to employ me and retain my position, from 1996 to 2015 being a member of legal wise I didn't claim from them but failed to assist me resulting that I was paying them on a monthly basis in order for them to benefit from me. I will not rest until South Africa gets to know about the games legal wise plays, I will blow the hot air on Social Media in order to hear what the public will say.

Good day

Legal wise only paid an amount of R13400, 00 for the legal costs however there is an outstanding refund due to the amount of R9136, 00.

I forwarded the invoice statement as well as the deposits slips on the 18 November 2020 and further on the 06 January 2020, Camille Scholtz responded whereby she confirmed that she received the deposits slips and has been sent to the claims business partner who approved the payments.

I tried to exercised considerable patience and tried to followed it up but to no avail and I don't receive any response from their office and it appeared to be on the road to no resolution and the problem of the legal costs outstanding remained.

I view this matter in a very serious light and I need a closure on this.

Yours truly

Good day

06 January 2020 Camille Scholtz acknowledged receipt of my e-mail and confirmed that same has been sent to the claims business who approved the payments for confirmation.

12 February 2020 Camille Scholtz contacted me whereby I clarified her regarding the invoices and deposit slips that I forwarded to their office, she further confirmed that she has advice her senior of same in order to obtain instructions on how to further proceed with the liability assessment.

19 February 2020 Camille Scholtz confirmed that she has spoken to the relevant claims partner and explained everything as I have explained to her regarding the deposits and the amount reflecting on the relevant invoice to ensure clear understanding and further confirmed that she is waiting the double check and provide her with the necessary instructions on how to process same so that she may do so correctly and without delays.

04 March 2020 Camille Scholtz responded to my followed up e-mail dated 27 February 2020 whereby she confirmed that she wasn't in office from the 26 February and she has only returned on the 04 March and further confirmed that she will attend to the following up with her senior as she has not as yet received a response from her regarding same.

09 March I sent a follow-up e-mail to Camille Scholtz but to no avail, be that as it may" this is particularly frustrating indeed and I might suggest that it was a deliberate strategy" due to the failure of Legal wise to respond within the prescribed time period I will not rest until South Africa gets to know about the games Legal wise plays ! I will blow the hot air on Social Media in order to hear what the public will say.
