Unfair dismisal case rejection by Legalwise. With a primium membership my attorneys rejected me. What a joke...

How does the decision come to a rejection when the case is as simple as the below case?

Mtn billed Dsv R1000 per Gigabyte. If you take into a account the online rates for a Gig is plus minus R99 to R120.

So Mtn over billed DSV on the account and fired me for abuse of resources.

If you calculate the entire bill with normal rates it whould calculate to 80% less. So as a referee you telling me you cant defend me on evidance that Mtn billed Dsv 10 times the amount on a account and fired me for that, that is a joke to me as Legawise.... I will take me case to Clientele Legal then and lets see how easy they find this case. I will also let the public know that Legalwise cant even defend a unfair dismissal case as small as this having taken the premium package cover.
