Undesirable business conduct

am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from LegalWise over the past year regarding my claim against Calgro. I have been given the runaround, moving from one representative to another without any meaningful resolution. This has been incredibly disappointing, especially after I previously escalated my concerns to their complaint department and was promised that my issues would be addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my situation has only worsened, leading to significant financial strain. I took out this plan to ensure my legal rights were protected, yet I feel my rights are being infringed upon even further. Additionally, I have repeatedly requested the contact details of their ombudsman as well as the contact details for any relevant bodies to which I can escalate this matter without success. The impact of this ongoing situation has affected me physically, emotionally, psychologically, and financially. My health condition cannot withstand the stress that has arisen from this ordeal, especially when I am currently paying for their services to protect my legal rights. The conduct of their business and the treatment I have received as a long-term client is unjust, *********, and wholly unacceptable.
