Unbelievable

For the entire week I've been on the phone with Legal Wise. Back in June this year they sold me a Platinum package of their insurance, should come with a 60% discount on transfer cost. Turns out they would amend this 3 months later to include a 6 months waiting period, and they insist I'm affected by this amendment. Today I've spent an hour on the phone with their employees from Call Center to Legal Advisor at the branches, and I have been told that no one can help me. Besides the service I was told I'm paying for, I want them to write to me that my platinum package includes a 60% so I can show the seller who in turn will allow me to use my attorneys so I can get the discount. One woman from Centurion Legal Wise branches sent from pillar to post, even suggested I drive to the claim office, but not hers. That madness. She told me she will not write the requested letter, someone in the Call Center is better suited to write. I'm disgusted with this company and to think I've diligently paid them since 2008 for peace of mind service they promised.
