unattended matter

<p>Called Liz on Monday with the complaint that i have, she then advised me that i will receive a call wihin 48hrs. I've received an sms on Tues the 2016/11/29 advising me that Nomsa Phampham will assist, i then call yesterday spoke to a consultant to said i will receive a call same day. I didn't get any call, then i called today Friday another lady said she will send my details was so dissapointed i also advised her that same thing happened yesterday. Today i called again my call was routed to the call centre i was advised that Soweto Branch is having a Party, hence my call was routed to them. The lady said she will send a complaint, because i'm not assisted. I have a serious matter hence i called LegalWise for assistance. I'm so angry and dissappoited at them i'm going to ask my Husband to cancel and tell other people my experience aswell. The number that i've dialled is ********** 710.</p>
