Unacceptable service

I've never seen such poor service, I filed for divorce almost 4 years ago.. (uncontested divorce where me and the wife signed and agreed apon every single aspect of our seperation... It's 4 years later(a process that should've been done in 3months) and the lawyers they assigned to me drag their feet, no updates,and no intervention from legal wise even though I emailed and contacted them on numerous occasions to step in or allow me to change to a different lawfirm, or even do it myself via family court.. I'm so frustrated cause for the last 4 years our life's are stuck... I'm on legal wise's platinum cover(their highest cover) for the last over 18years now, with a maximum cover amount of R330 000 per case,it seems like that money must be drain first then legal wise want to come back to me and say their is no more funds to continue my case.. I see it coming and the more I reach out for their assistance the more they ignore me or plainly don't care... It's a uncontested divorce with no kids involve, how in God's name can it last 4years to finalize.. I'm beyond frustrated.. Today the lawyer asked me what racial group I am, our occupation, what church we got married out,.. I don't understand the questioning, but whichever way, it's Things that is on my file already, but just another technic to drag out some more.. While legal wise who is supposed to be the watchdog over these things, fold their hands, till the day they wanna inform me that I'm out of funds.. I will make sure every media platform, every household and every potential client reach my story when that day arrives ..
