unable to be assisted by the consultants

<p>i contacted legalwise for assisstance with the transfer of a property i just bought. i am being send from pillar to post and when i try to call them for follow up i was told that the consultant handling my case is on leave and another consultant will call me. it is now three weeks and i am still waiting for the said call. i am totally not happy with this because i am paying for this service on monthly bases and as a result i expect to receive the service. i am now not sure of what to do.</p>
