*****ulent Policy was taken against my name and was deducted for years and attempt to have it cancelled took longer. The ***** was proven and they cancelled the policy and waiting my refund. Refund process seems to be a challenge. Legalwise requested supporting documents and I have submitted. Communication has been done on numerous occasions and it seems futile. I was allocated a nodal person Ms Brenda Vilakazi and the last interaction , she informed me that her supervisor had my file for approval of my refund till today. The request was made in 2025, till today no response. Email to Ms
