I sent an email requesting for my membership to be cancelled on the 19 Feb 2025. I am now unemployed and can’t afford the premiums. I called on Monday to make sure I would not be debited however my membership has still not been cancelled and I was debited. I was promised a call back, nothing. Today I called was also promised a “callback” since cancellations is busy. I want this cancellation actioned. This is not the first time im trying to cancel. The last time I gave up after being sent from pillar to post. I reversed the debit. The note was well over the 30 days. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.
