Two years later no assistance. What am I paying for

<p>I reported a case with Legal wise two years ago. I was then assigned a lawyer who never looked at my case. Six months later I was then assigned another law firm. Same thing happens with this law firm as no one did anything with my case. I complained with the Legalwise customer service department and my case was given to another lawfirm again.</p> <p> </p> <p>With the new lawfirm, a lawyer called me to inform me that she will be looking at my case as it in now assigned to her and that was the last time I received any feedback. I have complained numerous times in this two years and nothing is being done about it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Will this case be resolved one day? Does Legalwise have any competent lawfirm as partners? Do you care about your customers? What am I paying for? </p> <p> </p> <p>Resolve this asap as it is long overdue. </p>
