Trust them at your own expense

Reported a matter in 2022, they took more than a year to appoint a lawyer for me, today the 27, May 2025 coming from their office, because their lawyer isn't assisting me the way they supposed to. They inform me my civil matter has prescribed. Meaning I have been paying for mahala. Now I'm sitting here with a broken car , that needs 40k to be fixed and the mechanic has walked freely. I give up.
