Top notch service, thank you Legal Wise,
After two months of phone call on phone call, speaking to many managers, fighting, swearing, bad reviews on hellopeter 7-14 days extended to yet another 7-14 days, I could not get Cell C to refund me money I accidentally overpaid into my fibre account.
A week, week and a half ago I decided to contact Legal Wise for assistance regarding this matter with Cell C and to fight this battle for me.
Yesterday (30 August 2022) my refund was in my bank account, and the minimum of 7 working days has not even lapsed yet.
I just want to use this opportunity to thank Legal Wise for what they have done for me, what I could get done in two months only took them a week. Many many thanks Legal Wise.
