too busy to give me feed back

On the 20th of January 2015 I called legal wise for legal assistance , only one advisor was available and a message was taken Roseline later called me and I told her what the problem was . She told me to fax my query to her , I did exactly that .<br> On the 21st of January 2015 I called to find out if she had received the fax I sent the previous day I was told by the receptionist that Roseline was busy ,however the receptionist confirmed that they recieved the fax. <br> On the 11th of February 2015 I called in to follow up on the progress I was told Roseline was busy , I left a message hoping I would be called back nothing . <br> On the 16th of February 2015 I missed a call from legal wise due to the fact that I was in a meeting , I called back and Roseline was busy . I called back on the 23rd of February 2015 and guess what Roseline was busy the receptionist took a message to-date almost 2 months after seeking legal advise I'm still waiting for their feedback.Its funny how legal wise is the 1st service provider to debit my account on a monthly bases but they are too busy to give the service . Surely Roseline is not the only legal advisor there why can't they allocate the case to someone else
