Title: LegalWise: ****s, Manipulators, and Debit Order Tamperers – My Worst Nightmare

I never thought a legal service provider like LegalWise could do so much damage to a paying member. What started as a call for help turned into months of lies, disrespect, and what I now believe to be deliberate manipulation and *****.

FROM THE START: A MEMBER IN NEED I joined LegalWise because I needed help with a divorce. I was fully paid up my debit orders were running, and when they didn’t, I made manual cash deposits to stay up to date. I submitted all my documentation with proof of payments and trusted them to help me as promised.

Instead, they left me stranded.

EVERY DAY A DIFFERENT STORY – STAFF CONFUSION AND INCOMPETENCE It was never the same person responding to my emails or queries. First it was one name, then another, and every time the story changed. Nobody bothered to read the previous notes or stick to one version of the truth. It was clear they were playing a game: delay, confuse, deny.

THE MOST SHOCKING PART: TAMPERING WITH MY DEBIT ORDER HISTORY Here’s the most unbelievable part: I went to my bank profile to view my debit order history and it was gone. The specific LegalWise debit orders had been removed. But I still have SMS notifications on my phone from Capitec confirming those exact debit orders were processed on 1 November 2024 and 1 February 2025.

So tell me: Who deleted that history? Who had access to manipulate my bank profile? Because Capitec confirmed the payments, and the SMSes prove it.

LegalWise, you had the audacity to send me a ****-looking PDF claiming I didn’t pay yet I have real evidence from my bank proving I did. And now, the record is missing. This is not a coincidence. This is *****.

ALSO IGNORED:Funny how all the evidence that proves them wrong just disappears.

NO HELP, JUST LIES AND DESTRUCTION Despite being fully paid up, my divorce claim was denied. Every time I pushed for answers, I got a new story from a new person all contradicting the last. LegalWise made me feel like I was the problem. But I wasn’t. They ****. They covered their tracks. And now they’re trying to erase the truth.

TO LEGALWISE: You’ve disrespected me. You’ve tampered with my records. You’ve insulted my intelligence. And now, you’re going to face the consequences. I am escalating this to the FSCA, the SAPS, and the Hawks for investigation. I’m also taking this to the media. The paper trail is clear, and I’m not afraid to use it.

TO THE PUBLIC: Stay far away from LegalWise. Their slogan should be: “Lie, Deny, and Let You Suffer.” They are not here to help you. When it matters most, they will betray you.
