Title: LegalWise Lies, Tampering & ***ards – They Ruined My Case and Ran Away
LegalWise has taken my money, betrayed my trust, tampered with my payment records, and then tried to shift the blame like ***ards. In January, I wrote to them clearly asking for assistance — not to proceed with my divorce yet. There was never any instruction to issue a summons. But later they tried to use that letter as an excuse, claiming I “proceeded too early.” A complete lie. At the time the summons was sent, I was still waiting for the 6-month period to pass — exactly what I was told to do. Then things got even worse. I sent them proof of all my payments, including: Debit orders on 1 November 2024 and 1 February 2025 A cash payment of R500. But now, they claim those payments didn’t happen — and to make it worse, I discovered that someone tampered with my payment records. The proof I sent disappeared. The Capitec debit orders vanished from my profile, even though I received SMS confirmations. This is ******** behavior. And instead of taking responsibility, the person handling my case, Jozaandre, had the nerve to run away, saying he "won’t deal with me anymore" and passed me off to someone else. But he was the one who contacted me first — now that I’m holding him accountable, he disappears like a sly *****. LegalWise, where do you think I must get money to hire a lawyer to clean up the mess YOU caused? You destroyed my trust, wasted my time, and are trying to cheat me out of the divorce claim I paid for. You are the ****bags of the legal world. Dishonest, manipulative, and full of lies. I am taking this further — to FSCA, SAPS, the Hawks, and every public platform I can find. Stay away from LegalWise. When you need them most, they will abandon you.

After months of fighting for what is right, LegalWise now hides behind generic apologies and passive-aggressive emails completely ignoring the real issue: they tampered with my payment records and denied a valid divorce claim I paid for.
First, they claim they are "investigating" a line I’ve heard before with zero results. I sent proof of payments, including debit orders and a cash transaction. These were acknowledged before. But now, they claim the debit orders were unsuccessful and even disappeared from their records. That’s manipulation, not a technical error.
Second, Jozaandré Booysen who originally made contact with me now suddenly says “this is my final response” and refers me to other people. Why? Because I challenged him with facts and exposed the lies. If he can’t handle the heat, he shouldn’t be misleading people in the first place.
I made it clear in January: I was requesting assistance, not immediate divorce proceedings. There was no summons issued at that time. LegalWise twisted my words and used it as an excuse to deny my claim after the six-month waiting period had already passed exactly what they told me to wait for.
Now they tell me I can still “submit a claim at my own cost.” Really? After YOU ruined my case and manipulated the records?
This is not assistance. This is *****, abuse of trust, and corporate ***ardice.
