This service is a waste!!

Some of your staff are so lazy. In this case your counsellor Danny Paulsen. This individual was more concerned with the issue costing me more money then just going through and finding out what I needed. He thought I better go to CSOS and they will look into it like an enquiry from CSOS won't cost me money. I honestly do not understand what is point of service. I will be cancelling this for 2nd time. I don't even know why I thought it would be better this time.
