Think twice before signing up with LegalWise
Do you know that they only provide you with feedback ONCE a MONTH!!! I been with Legalwise for years and I have my first dispte with Vodacom. Its simple. All they have to do is get a voice recording and they cannot even do that! Its taken months already and we have not even gotten to the first step of obtaining a simple voice recording. They do not follow up with Vodacom in order to get your matters resolved timeously. Very poor service!! I can see this will never be resolved. I have wasted years of money paying LegalWise fkr nothing!!
