They don’t deliver when supposed to

I’m so disappointed in Legalwise! To see them fail my dad dismally who had so much faith in them and recommended them to anyone is heartbreaking. They will take all the premiums in time but produce ZERO help when you actually need legal assistance. Not only do they not honour their contractual agreements (weird coming from a legal company) but there’s no loyalty or customer appreciation whatsoever. Not even angry but just pure disappointment
