The Worst Service i have received

<p>The legal Wise advert always give a falls impression that once you have the Legal Wise, you have instant access to legal advise and protection. I have had a horrible experience from legal wise, I have been a member for over 10 years, I have never really claimed from them till recently. </p> <p> </p> <p>I used to work for a compay SM Xulu Inc, I left them because of non payment of salaries and related. I then approached Legal Wise, as a Gold Plus member, requested them to assist with the recovery of my salary and travelling reimbur*****t owed by the said company. This request was sent to Legal Wise in and around August through their Website. Three or four weeks later nothing happened until I called them.</p> <p>I spoke to a person called Olebogeng who was dealing with my matter, he promised to send a letter of demand, three weeks later nothing had been sent. Whenever one calls, he is busy with consultaion and you leave messages and nothing happens. Eventually a letter was sent to the company, they did not respond. Olebogeng, after several calls, then sent me forms to sign so that the case can be allocated to a lawyer, I signed immediately and email it back to him. it was quite until i call then he told me he has submitted to his supervisor and he will give me feedback. Today, it is 6 December 2016, i am waiting for this matter to reach its fianality.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also have another matter involving debt collection exorbitant fees. I was dealing with a guy called Lawrence, he has suddently disappeared. He does not return calls or emails. </p> <p> </p> <p>The bad service and treatment leave a bad taste in my mouth. i am even conteplating joining Clientelle or Scorpion insurance, maybe I will be treated like a paying customer!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the same service and expectation which the advert raises to me as a customer</p>
