The service was satisfactory, and this was my overall experience

The service was satisfactory, and this was my overall experience. Unfortunately I wasn't able to give a better rating due to the following reasons ~ 1) when I initially opened the case file in May 2024, it took the legal counsellor (Mr N. Shanga) more than 48 hours to contact me. I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours of my meeting with Mr Neo Macheli at the Legal Wise offices in Kimberley. 2) Three legal counsellors in total worked on my case file, the last counsellor being Jamie - Lee Payne, before the matter was finally resolved. This is just a fact and not based on the performance of Jamie - Lee Payne.
