The long road to feedback

I shudder to think what would happen to anyone in a ******** case being represented by Legalwise. If you are wise you should rather stay away from Legalwise, zero feedback is given and the phone is even put down in your face with the guise of putting you through to imaginary claim advisors. Neither Legalwise or the shady attorneys (TNK Attorneys) appointed to my matter provide any feedback when requested. A repayment plan was apparently set up for the guilty party in a civil case but to this day I have never seen a cent or given any feedback on how it is going. This is the struggle we go through as consumers while money is deducted religiously.
