The biggest ****, totally *********** and NEVER support

Do not bother signing up with this service. Its a ****. I have been a member for three years now and initiated urgent assistance with them no less than 5 times. The latest now i logged on the 28 May 2024. I have been in daily contact with them since and they have not allocated anyone to assist. The matter is urgent because it involves an employment issue and a grievance i have logged at work. Legalwise whatsapp is useless and they appear to be looking for reasons not to support. In the end I am approaching the CCMA now myself because they could not support me with teh grievance process at my work. It is clear they using students or shop stewards because the advice / attempt at advising is amature. They also keep making commitments of "we will assign someone in 8 hours" That 8 hours ends up going on for days. They just never get back to you. You will spend more time rasing complaints on Legalwise itself than attending to you own matter. Im cancelling my subscription. All five times to date they have dropped the ball
