Terrible service...****s

Legal wise is now ******** members. I am a platinum member with membership ***. I called in because i have a matter that needs legal advice and i was promised to recieve a call and this is not the first time it is happening. I then called customer service yo file a complaint and i spoke with Thabo Mongale and he promised that the legal advisor will call me today 2019-07-31 and if i do not receive a call i should inform him. I informed him and he also has not got back to me. Legal wise is quick to take their money on my payday but whenever they have to provide me with their services they fail. I am now getting impatient with legalwise they are forgetting that the is also Clientele, Scorpion and many more others out there
