Terrible service when handling important matters.

I lodged a claim with legal wise that I've been paying for years now, a well known hospital handled me really terrible and causing a lifetime injury, the doctors admitted to everything, we even have them on recordings. I called Legalwise for help, believing it'll be quick and easy, all they do is send me from pillar to post, they always change the person handling my case, I'm extremely disappointed in the service im getting because I'm paying them month after month for when I need them. Case is still pending, no feedback no updates, just stories after stories. This has been going on since Feb 2023.
