Terrible service, waste of money!!

I am a member with them for 2 months now. They give terrible service. I have not yet received my documents or membership card after I called twice already to make sure they have my correct address but still when I phone they have the wrong address, so that is the reason I have not received anything yet. When I email them they do not answer me at all. I have asked for assistance with a lease agreement last month already and still did not receive any feedback or anything. They are not help full at all and don't let you feel that they are on your side at all. Can anyone recommend any other lawyers please that i can join because I'm wasting my money with this people.
