Terrible service, no help at all

You guys have one of the most terrible customer service. I have been paying my premiums for years and now that I need help I am sent from pillar to post with no help.

I logged a case last year, can you believe that I haven't gotten help even now. I was asked for proof of payments, I sent them months ago & even today I am being told finance is still checking the payments. Does this have to take another year. Will I ever get help?

The most disgusting thing is you are never late to collect my premiums. What you are doing is really ********* and disgusting nxaaaaa
