Terrible service from LegalWise Durban.

Bad service from the Durban branch and ever worst communication s****s. 4 months and 4 lawyers later from the branch including the branch manager can not even put a letter of demand together. The original case was assigned to lawyer who had left LegalWise and it took me over 10 calls to both head office and the branch to find out why she was not calling me up only to find out that she had left the branch and the case was reassigned to another lawyer. The people that work there or at head office did not even know she left. I have sent countless emails requesting feedback over the past week and no one has the decency to to call or email be back with an update. I have been a member for over 10 years and this is what i get for my loyalty.
