terrible service and blatant run around

<p>Legal wise staff at Cape town cbd were very *********** and have us the run around when we asked about a policy opened in my father's name without his knowledge. We got no assistance but were treated as fools. We were told to go to Belleville which we found ridiculous as a branch so big could offer not a single answer </p>
