Terrible service

Such a bad service from the Kempton park Branch from the lady named Susan, never available and never even calls you back. Asked for help at least a month ago and she sent me an email, i responded to the email and she never got back to me, called several times and i was told she is consulting(which is always the case), so today i decided to cancel my subscription with Legal wise and only today i get an email from her telling me she cannot help because i have cancelled my membership.
