TERRIBLE **** LEGAL WISE

I have been with this company from 2008

I’m talking 10 good years and above

BUT GUESS WHAT

I never had any claim nor issues needing their assistance

This one time I had a serious case 2018 around September-October I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER CARE

They kept transferring my case up and down and finally the lady was dealing with my case she went on Maternity of which even if she was a director of a company surely she is not the only one who can do the job.

Up until the time where the layers they transferred me to never answered their phone nor respond to e-mail.

WORRY They never stopped Sucking my Bank Account till I disputed the transactions

The best thing they could do was to send me an sms “Dear customer your account failed payment and ur policy is canceled” (What a relief)
