Terrible experience!!

What a terrible experience Im having with Legal wise,I don't even know where to begin...I have a case with them for quite some time with no feedback or update from the legal advisor in the Florida branch,Belinda.I have an issue with a property agency that has unfairly charged us for damages to a property that was already in a terrible state when we moved in in December 2017.We decided to move out,but had to give 2 months notice.We have since moved out ( March 2018) but have not received our full deposit from the agency.I turned to Legal wise for legal representation as I didn't know what else to in in this situation.We originally dealt with Nokwanda who was filling in for Belinda,as she was on maternity leave.So I booked an appointment with her when got back (16 April 18).I explained everything and she asked me to forward emails between me and the company.Which I did on the very same day.She also said she would reply once she received them.A week went by and I didn't get any response so I decided to send a follow up email,still nothing.The follow involved week I decided to call,numerous but she is never available.I decided to contact the Head office an explained my situation to a woman called Elsie, who asked me to send the last email I sent Belinda,which I did the same day.I also tried to contact the the branch Manager who I was told is Beauty.Who I must say,was the only one who did something to help.She sent a email to Belinda about my case.Belinda then called me and claimed that she hasn't received any emails from me!!! Ever since the 16th if April!!! Which is a blatant lie!!! We last spoke last Friday (4 May 2018)and she said she would be contacting the property agency ,and she would get back to me the very same day.Well still nothing... She didn't even bother to call back after I left a message yesterday ( 8 May 2018) I made my last attempt to get help on Monday ( 7 May 2018) when I called customer service and spoke to Connie,who said she would help but still nothing.Im so disappointed in the way they have treated me, not just as a customer but as a woman who is in desperate need of their help. Especially because I'm paying monthly for this service.And the one time I need them....no one is interested in assisting.its been almost a month dealing with Belinda and she doesn't even have the decency to respond to my emails or update me,how rude!!! After this experience,I wouldn't recommend legalwise to anyone.
