Terrible Administration

What a awful experience! Legalwise has dreadful administration, I canceled my membership due to retrenchment and they confirmed cancelation, then got a sms of a reminder of debit order where I called them again to tell them that it was canceled. The consultant(Kgomotso) never emailed me like she promised and said she will cancel it and send me a email after our call. The debit order went off and I have been so calm up to now where I have been emailing this company numerous times for a refund, as a legal company YOU should know that it is against my rights to take my money if I canceled your service with proof!
