Termination letter

I will NEVER recommend Legal wise to family, friends or colleagues. After Legal wise failed to assist me with a very simple matter that I had with a retail store (I dealt with the matter myself and got a positive feedback) I decided to terminate my Legal Wise policy. I spoke to the person responsible for termination which is Dorothy Mogari who told me that my policy is cancelled, when I went to my employer since the money was deducted directly from my salary my employer say Legal Wise should write a letter to my employer telling them that the policy is now terminated they should implement. if that's not done the money will continue being debited from my account. Dorothy could not write such a letter. she referred me to her supervisor Lynnette Van Zyl who explained everything to me. the unfortunate becomes what Legal Wise say is not helping in any way. Actually they are refusing to cancel my policy by refusing to write the letter.
