Teribble client service fron Legal Wise Klerksdorp

<p>There is a person that owes me money. I went to Legal Wise explaining them the problem. They wrote a letter to him that he must pay me the money.We agreed that he will pay me the R500 in October and the last R500 IN november. In the beginning of December I phoned the branch in Klerksdorp and informed them that I did not received the money. The laywer that worked with the case went on maternity leave so I was referred to Bonolo. This laywer says he will phone me back and each time I need to phone in to hear what is going on. The last time I phoned in he said the person who owned me money said he already paid me. I did not receice any money. So I said to Bonolo let the person send a proof of payment to you. Bonolo said he told him that and he will come back to me.Well two weeks later and nothing has happend. I understand it was Christmas but it just feels as if the legal wise laywer don't follow up and I need to do his job phoning in the whole time hearing what is going on.I'm considering cancelling my membership because I don't get any service and paying for bad service.</p>
