Telephonic harassment

Friday the 23rd of January 2015 I had an appointment with one of the lawyers at the Pmb branch. This person couldn't assist me, told me I should consult with a private lawyer to assist me with my case, told me I must be warned because the private lawyers are so expensive. My case was that I have been getting phone calls of harassment from an unknown number, this has been an ongoing thing and it started getting to me. Not so long ago I got a phone call harassing me but this time the number showed and it was from a Cell C network. I went to the saps to report the matter. A friend of mine suggested I take the matter to the Legalwise also,I had contacted Cell C to ask them how to go about getting details of who's using this number. I was told I needed to open a case. I was asked for the name of the person that was calling me, but isn't exactly the reason I went there to get assistance to finding out who this person is? What I wanted as I had done my research was assistance in getting the court document to forward to the network providers to give us the necessary information. Legalwise told me this is quite a process, but I had done my own research and was told it takes about 3 days.
