Take forever to get stuff done
I submited my info for a letter of demand in 3 January 2018 and to date have not yet received the letter of demand. there should be proper procedures in place when people go on leave, I should not be made to wait because of bad management. Every time I call, I get excuses as to why it is not done, seems like legalwise needs more staff. Please get your act together.
