Struggling to get any kind of response for months with regards to my late granny's estate

My late grandmother was a member for years. She passed on last year October and had drafted her will with LegalWise. We've been struggling to so much as to get an appointment with her attorney for the reading of her will. I tried booking an appointment via their call centre and also directly sent an email to her attorney back in February but I still have not received any response. We are unable to proceed with anything with regards to the family home as we do not have any power of attorney. I am extremely disappointed with the service or rather lack of. I expected better treatment as my granny was a member for over 10 years and always paid her premiums.
