Storytellers when its time to help

Dear Sir / Mam,

I have been told "If your account is not up to date, we will not cover you", "If you have been missing payments, we will not cover you", "these type of claims take a very long time" to "we are on path, internal processes were the delay". I just wonder why I am being threatened with information at your disposal.

The latest - "the collision claim covers only damage to your vehicle. Related Medical and Travel bills are a separate claim even though the collision was the cause. We could not honour our appointment today but call the receptionist to reschedule the appointment to open a new file". I did my part, all of it. And you know what needs to be done, then do it.

Bottom line is that LegalWise is creating obstacles. I am in a dark place, can I have just a little bit of optimism. Whatever happened to "Dont talk to me, talk to my Lawyer".

After liaison and agreement the LOD was sent to the defendant with an incorrect amount of R14,530. I already tried going through the small claims process. I got no joy from the defendant. This is the escalation and therefore I am claiming for vehicle repairs, medical bills, petrol bills and my time handling the matter.

1. Please reassure me that the defendant is not your client also, hence the need to drag your feet / pestimism.

2. Please confirm that the matters are separate and should be captured as separate files and are not counts of same

3. May I have the amended or new LOD asap. I have already consulted.

4. Can LegalWise express the will to assist. It is not fair that I should wait another 2 weeks for an appointment over an internal blunder.
