still no joy from legalwise

I'm not getting any joy from legalwise team..I took my matter to them in july with regards to eviction,we are now in December my case it's still on their file with no resolution..for legalwise to take my matter to the next step it's either I call them or I have to visit their offices...this is really causing frustration from my side...my case is with the attorney's but still they have to wait for legalwise team to authorise thier cover no communication between the legalwise team and their attorneys...still i have to follow up as how far the process is going ...I"m really really frustrated as how they misled people witj their advert saying they help witj eviction speedily of which in my case it's the opposite..no sense of urgency from their te no turn around time as well...I callef complaints department msg was that a consultant will callme back shortly..no one called...right now I just need closure with regards to my case since its being dragging close to 6mts now
